The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is also great, with the hotel being situated on the river and offering a nice place for a walk. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities provided in the clean and spacious rooms, including 2 single beds, were outstanding. The breakfast, in the form of an open buffet, was varied and fresh.
No negatives really. All was okay.

We stayed at a hotel that was located close to the city center and easily accessible to shops and attractions. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. One of the advantages was the great price per night, which made our stay affordable.
the breakfast buffet was very limited, and they didn't even have soy milk for lactose intolerant guests. we mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel didn't do anything special to acknowledge it.

The rooms were quite spacious and the holiday decorations were really nice. the hotel is located within walking distance to the city center and had a picturesque view of the surrounding area. the holiday-themed events were lovely and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet was lacking variety and quality, and the hot dishes were cold. the heating in the room was subpar, and despite raising the issue with the staff, nothing was done about it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, both within walking distance of the city center and not far from Pyrzowice airport. It's also not far from a castle. the rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, with large, silent beds, and helpful staff. the restaurant offers good quality meals and drinks, which is not always common in hotels.
There seems to be a lack of amenities in the hotel, with some guests finding uncomfortable beds, insufficient toiletries and shelf space in the bathroom, and broken lamps and air vent.
